Design & engineering
We work from your architect's plans, or draw them with ours, and translate the wall assembly into a ZeroCut e-SIP panel schedule. Structural engineering is completed and stamped by the engineer of record.

Permit
The plan set is submitted to the authority having jurisdiction as a site-built assembly. We respond to plan-check comments and revise the drawings as needed.
- 03
Panel delivery
Panels are produced to the approved schedule and delivered to the site on the sequence the framing crew calls for.
- 04
On-site assembly
Our crews set panels, complete the outer cladding half on site, and hand the weather-tight shell over to the interior trades.
