PreFab Innovations, Inc. (PFI) provides pre-designed homes for use with the FBX ZeroCut Building System and locates qualified certified subcontractor installers to build them.
The company
PFI offers pre-designed home plans drawn specifically for the ZeroCut Building System, and we connect clients with qualified certified subcontractor installers who perform the construction under their own licenses.
Any licensed contractor can build with the ZeroCut Building System. Our role is the plan set and the referral: matching your project with an installer already trained on the system.
The ZeroCut Building System relationship
The ZeroCut Building System was invented by FBX. PreFab Innovations, Inc. designs plans for the system and refers certified installers licensed to build with it.
