The Pocket 288 is a 288 SF studio backyard home (ADU), site-built by local crews from ZeroCut factory components — ZeroCut e-SIP wall panels, kitchen and bath cores, SIP roof, and optional BIPV solar roof. Fire-resistant, non-combustible assemblies pass ordinary local inspections; no specialized trades required.
