Our founder Dave Clevenger, learned to work in teams in his military experience. In that setting, a person can be moved in a days notice to another job, location or challenge. Because the military embraces teams, when Dave joined another team, he could lead or fall in on a team that has been working together and continue the mission. We embrace the same method here to allow great production. Our teams or cohesive units on a mission to provide the best product. 

We root for our favorite team. We watch them lend talent, time, and treasure to the goal. Depending on the team successful feats are accomplished.

Factory teams begin a home and stay on it until completion. Our factory leads teach, inspect and encourage. The team is coached and challenged. The product is enhanced through team-based dynamics where success is the only option.

We have many sources of new employees. Sometimes new folks need to hover in small labor jobs until a formed team needs a replacement.
